Babies are born every day in McKinney, TX…

I am always so honored to be invited into these sweet families lives for just a moment to help tell the beginning of their new little one’s story.

This Fresh 48 is of baby Jonathan (aka “Abram”) and his loving family.

Those first couple of days when everything is so new and fresh end up being a blur for most parents. Having these early moments documented is so valuable! I love being able to capture such an important time. I did Big brother Ace’s newborn pictures a couple of years ago and it was so fun being able to work with the family again as their Fresh 48 photographer for baby Abram.

After the family shots I like to give older siblings (especially young ones) a break and focus on mom, dad and baby. Look at this beautiful mother loving on her sweet boy. I just love these so much.

I know as a wife and mom, I personally love seeing my babies with their daddy so I always want to include those shots when I can. The dad’s aren’t always jumping at the chance to be in pictures but I make it quick and easy for them!

One of my personal favorite things to shoot during a Fresh 48 session is baby in their hospital basinet. I feel those are some of the most story telling shots during your short stay after birth. Their first little bed in this world, never to be used again after those couple of days. It really tells how new they are.
