I met the N Family last fall when they were looking for a McKinney family photographer to come to their home for a lifestyle photo session. As always with my lifestyle sessions I try to catch a couple of traditional style portraits (like the one above, and a few others you'll see below) but for the most part, I love to focus on those sweet authentic moments that highlight each family's unique connection.
I am in love with this mama's sense of style. She had the family dressed so great and her interior design skills were seriously off the chart! Shooting in one of the most adorably quaint living rooms I've ever been in made my job so fun that day! Check out these super sweet moments between mama and baby!
Before we moved the session outside, baby girl needed a little feeding break so we hung out in mom and dad's bedroom for a few minutes. I love these shots of them on the bed after she finished eating! H-A-P-P-Y Girl after some snuggles and a full belly!
Our original plan included heading over to the park for some outdoor photos but that changed when I saw their back yard! It was perfect for what we were needing and so much more convenient than heading to a public park. The big kids were awesome sports for me and gave me their best! Don't they look great?!
